Since starting in 1994, the Jadin Chemist Group has grown from a single Day and Night Pharmacy in Morayfield, Queensland, to eight independently owned pharmacies, employing 31 Pharmacists and approximately 100 staff.

At a time when healthcare services have become increasingly cold and distant for many people, we pride ourselves on being the community chemist that is doing things differently. Before joining Jadin Chemist Group in 2008 I spent three and a half years working as a Regional HR Manager for the UK’s largest community pharmacy group. In the first few years of working for the Jadin Chemist Group I completely restructured the business at both Head Office and pharmacy level to improve the general efficiencies of how employee’s operated. This was essential as the pharmacy industry was becoming fiercely competitive. In 2011 I was appointed as the General Manager and I took over full responsibility for the overall management of the day to day running of the Group. Nowadays my main focus continues to be developing business strategies that help us drive sales and profitability, and investing time in coaching and supporting Head Office and Pharmacy Manager’s so they can be highly effective in their positions.
In my spare time I enjoy travelling, cycling and generally anything that involves being outdoors in the wonderful Queensland sunshine!
Before joining Jadin I held various sales and account management roles with several national, market-leading consumer goods businesses.
Early in 2009, I came on board as Jadin's Merchandise Manager. I focus on creating innovative plans to enhance our retail offer, building Jadin Chemist Group's profile and developing strong supplier relationships.
I enjoy spending spare time with my young family and renovating our home - with or without the appropriate skills or tools.
